Salary
$5,000 Sign On Bonus: $1500 after delivers 1st load, $1500 in 180 days, $2000 in 1 year.
- We also offer a $3,000 Refer-A-Driver Bonus and numerous awards for safety and performance.
- 27% of Load Revenue: Earning 27% of load revenue means that when freight goes up, your compensation goes up with it. Weekly pay by direct deposit.
- Home Weekends: Time with family is a top priority. We do everything in our power to get you home weekly and when you need to be.
- Rider & Pet Policy: Adult passengers (over 18) and pets are welcome to ride with you starting day 1. No breed or size limitations.
- Lease Purchase Program Option: After 90 days as a company driver, you could qualify for our Lease Purchase Program. We’ll help you build and manage your own business with a zero down lease purchase, fuel discounts and more.
- Flex Dispatch System: As our partner in this business, there is no forced dispatch. If a particular load doesn't work for you, then it doesn't work for us.
