Regional CDL Truck Driver - Home Every Week

No SAP drivers

Home weekly for a 34 hour reset

New hires assigned to tractors AFTER completing 1 week ride along time with current driver at $150 per day. 
Drivers WILL seat a truck with a driver currently on the account

Driver Hand Unload using Rollers/physical labor
* Must Possess Customer Relation/Customer Service Skills
* Must be able to work in extreme temps
* Must be skilled at backing into tight areas/small lots 

  • Running area:  IL, OH, MI, IN within 500 miles of the distribution center out of Ashley, IN
  • Deliveries start in the early AM.  Drivers drive to their first stop the day before and taking a 10 hour break. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, Monday deliveries pickup Sunday. 
  • Average 1100 miles per week
  • In addition to mileage pay, drivers earn $325 per load inclusive for the unload at all stops
  • Dry Van loads
  • Deliver within 500 miles of the Ashley, IN distribution center
  • 100% of freight will be live unloaded at Family Dollar stores. 
  • Runs will include nights, weekends, and holidays that fall within your workweek. Routes also typically require 3-5 stops per unload

Drivers completing 3 loads and 1100 miles per week average $1850 Weekly; $96,200 a year

0-59 Months $0.80
60-71 Months $0.82
72-83 Months $0.84
84+ months $0.86
• Unload Pay $325
• Backhaul $30 

Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months
  • Experience must be T/T. Trailers must be greater than 40 feet
  • Local experience counts as long as it is TT 40 ft or greater!
  • Truck driving school/training doesn’t count as experience. A driver has to have a full 3 months with one carrier to qualify as a first seat driver
