There are NO words to describe this company. The most pathetic uncaring group of people and company I have ever worked for. They will NOT pay you correctly and when you contact HR - they are a joke also. Dispatch? Not even wasted my time on them. Run as far as you can away from this worthless company. And Benore before you respond — yes I contacted higher management and guess what?? No response.

Run from this company! The turnover rate is extremely high, for a reason. The ownership of this company treats employees like they are slaves and that it is a “privilege” to work at this trash heap. The owner doesn’t have the money to buy new trucks (because they run a poor business) which is why all the equipment is junk. I worked there for several years and never received an increase in pay. Management hates their jobs, dispatch is useless, worst job I ever had.

Ownership, HR has no clue what they are doing, equipment, company has zero money to invest back into equipment and employees. Zero raises.

Absolute trash company. HR doesn't care about you or your family. Medical issues to bad they don't even accept your doctors notes anymore. Local sure in the sence you go home sleep and get up to come back in might as well be reginal and make more doing it. Idk if the owners even know or care about what's going on with their employees. Equipment is junk to every single truck has an air leak. Really if you value your mental heath and physical health stay away. Currently employed with them but not for to much longer.

Absolutely the worse company ever!!!! Worked maybe 4 days in December with NO WARNING. They push they’re a “family oriented company” - well you didn’t take care of family during the holidays. Dispatchers show favoritism. Never pay you correctly. Horrible company.

They don’t care about no one by themselves don’t keep their word good luck taking your well earned vacation they make up the rules as they go don’t answer their phones when they know their in the wrong their equipment is junk poorly maintained

Only thing I can think of is I don’t work their anymore

Cons

Their word is not worth the paper it’s written on want you to work all the time and always talking about raises but it never happens
