    'The dispatchers are very childish, they all come over from CR England! These kids in the office forget who pays there salary to them and it's every Truck Driver that pays there salary but they thank there the boss and some time drivers have to let them know there there for us we are not there for them!! When you do you taxes it only shows you made $43,000 a year $305 is per-Dem and they don't give yearly raises it been years sense they gave any driver a raise!! There is a lot of backstabbing going on there! They don't care if drivers get home on time because know one in the office care about there drivers but they'll all ways say it's about drivers but that's not how drivers are treated there treated like 2nd class citizens! Shipex dose not care about drivers home time at all!'

    Chief Complaints:

    - Childish dispatchers

    - Dispatchers don’t know that the drivers are the REAL boss

    - They have per diem

    - They don’t give raises

    - Too much backstabbing

    - They don’t care about driver home time

    Ive never heard any bad things about that company . They drivers always seem to be moving. Dont think ive ever seen a ship ex truck sitting in the truckstop for to long
