All I can tell you is they advertise in my neck of the woods all day, every day, 365 days a year. I've tried to talk to them before but the recruiter I got was very rude and told me they didn't want someone who asks questions but just shuts up and does the job. After I told her where to go, she told me all drivers are the same. All bark and no bite. Ehh... Didn't wanna be away from home anyways, lol.
So I dunno. Sorry I couldn't help more but that's all I know on mid south outta Memphis.

should have asked for the digits and shown her how truckers bite. I really believe she had an itch and only a trucker could scratch.

them 3 weeks out on the road can do wonders to a women.

I had the same feeling when they didn't respond to my email, and on phone, they were saying stuff made no sense I think to get me off the phone personally found something better anyways. she never did answer even half my questions so the family atmosphere is more like shut up and take orders without question.

I talked to the recruiter once and she seemed surprised I wanted to come see the Memphis operation and the equipment, like it was both unusual and inconvenient. I wasn’t desperate enough to just take “any” job over the phone. They apparently allow dogs which was the primary initial appeal but they wouldn’t guarantee an automatic. I’m a wuss that doesn’t like to shift so nah.

Coincidentally, I've been seeing their ad a lot on Craigslist too and I just have to laugh when I see this in their ad..

Drivers are treated how they want to be treated

    Oh, Rly?

To be honest, no idea anymore, forget what I asked her, anyways already found something better and no bs starting out at least. But at least I know even the smaller companies just as bad at bs drivers. I have thought about going back to construction but with all the injuries don't think its an option.

Shoot man, for me, the smaller companies have been WORSE than my time at Crete carriers and central refrigerated combined.
I've found these small companies in my neck of the woods are favoritism, bs upon bs and more favoritism.
At least at a large company, you know how blow ISNT being.... Well, ya know, by the boss lady and that's the reason for him getting 65 hours a week and everyone else is only getting 40.
