Well, bought a TomTom yesterday, installed it, updated it, and used it for the first time today.

If had incorrect routing for the very first address I tried to navigate to, a Loves in Kentucky that I stopped at for fuel. That Loves has been there for years, but they don't have the location right?

I uninstalled the TomTom after lunch, and reinstalled the Rand. I'd rather have an accurate, incomplete map, than a complete, inaccurate map.

My garmin Dezl that’s 2 years old and it’s lifetime update and weather is about 99.9% spot on.

I check for updates once a week.

Yeah.. I have heard from everyone just about that TomTom is junk for truck routing and to stay away from them.
So it's ether Garmin or randy mcnally.
I have had a chance to use copilot while I was training with Rohel.. it was so unreliable that it's nickname was dips**it. It would almost never use proper routing, if it didn't just straight up give on on working.

Try Garmin, you get used to a R Mc or a Garmin and that little screen don't cut it, some people like the trucker path, the Hammer is not bad , but it doesn't like my Alternate routes. Google let's me put the coordinates in, and will route to it

One other thing about Garmin or R M is it displayed the speed limit

The TomTom displayed the speed limit as well. My issue with it was that even after updating it, the directions to the very first stop I ever routed it to were wrong. And that Loves has been there for many years.

Google with the Atlas, use a smart phone, make adjustments on the fly. I never use CoPilot on the truck anymore, outdated software. The smart phone serves in many capacities at the same time. Phone, music via Bluetooth, headset thru Truck.

I loved copilot. Used it the entire 7 years otr without issues. Minus California.

    Very seldom needed the atlas.

I tried rand for 2 weeks and traded for copilot. It was pcmiler at that time.
