I run flatbed so I do get a little exercise every few days someone’s more than others. I literally gain 10 pounds a year from trucking 4 some years ago I weight 145 or 150 now I’m 185ish mostly in my belly lol. How do I lose weight anyone use this hydroxycut to lose weight while eating whatever you can and btw I don’t even eat that much never McDonald’s but also don’t eat fish everyday my diet sucks point blank and my health is in the fritz. Also weird thing is I sleep like. I’m in a coma in my truck but anytime I get a hotel I can sleep 4 or 7 hours in a truck it’s blackout 10 or 9 hours when I started trucking I had energy like a pro now not so much I still do my job but I think I need to lose weigh being my biggest problem doc says my blood pressure is a bit high too but just a little I’m 29 years old

I'd start with cleaning up the diet before going on meds.

If you don’t have a fridge, get one, or a cooler, and bring food from home (or grocery shop once a week. That’s what I’ve been doing, you’ll save money, too.

20 years ago when that stuff contained ephedrine, it was actually safer than it is now in my opinion. And it worked and I got results. I was a young buck, but in the summer of 2002 I dropped 30 pounds real quick running myself ragged 4 to 6 miles every day.

I tried taking a "new, improved version" 10 years ago and felt like I was on the verge of a heart attack or death. Ended up throwing the whole bottle away.

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is diet and exercise, and diet honestly plays the biggest role. I would stay away from chemicals and fads.

Go right ahead I won't stop you.

Even if it works you're still not stopping the root cause of your problem. ( Eating) And you can't (or shouldn't) take it long term. So once you stop taking it you will likely pile all the weight back on and then some because your body will be out of whack(if you lost any weight to begin with).

Been there, done that. I've tried it. It don't work like it used to 20 years ago. Rumor has it that it can also trigger a false positive for meth on some drug tests. Not sure if there's any truth to it.

    Just my $.02

No! You have a underlining health condition( high blood pressure), that crap will send you to the ER in a heart beat. No pun intended.
There's no magic pill when it comes to weight loss. And, it not so much how little you eat; but what you eat and when. At 29, your metabolism hasn't really slowed down, so if you are having problem now, you're in for a "world of hurt" in a few years.

Flat out, if you're blaming Truck Stops then you're going to blame the meds, your doctor, insurance, rehab...everyone in the path to you waking up and stopping eating.
