Crete driver treatment?

Yah, I'm currently helping out in Cheyenne. So far all loads have just been out and back from the Denver area. Quick short 300/400 mi run.

You are already at 70 cents so if you sign up to help that should get you 76cent plus 2/3 stop pay per load

 

So they monitor your speed? You can't go over a certain mph ?? Or they don't want you going over speed limits ? Would they get pissed at you if you did like 85mph in a 70 on I-40 going down some hill ?

 

It's monitored by the peep net. I've gotten plenty of over speed warnings when hitting 80s going down a big hill fully loaded but no safety call or safety points for it.

Typically the moment you hit 75 you have around 5 seconds to slow down or it will hit you with an over speed. Going over 80 hits you with excessive overspeed.

All the automatic trucks come with auto jakebreaks that come on the moment you hit 70 however they do little to slow you down if fully loaded.

 

So the trucks Jake brake themselves now ?? What a joke

 

My manual does it too. Kinda sucks when you're in a "no jake brake" area and it decides to turn itself on.
