They're one of the top companies out there
I know several of there drivers and never heard a bad word from them. Pretty much loaded with them everywhere around the chicagoland area also I used to load methanol out of their Channahon yard on a weekly basis in the winter. Never applied with them because their yard was a bit to far out for me. Aside from Suez water I'd say they are the best company in the Chicagoland area

Hoffman seems to be the type of company that drivers don't leave. I'm sure they have turnover, but it's not near what other companies experience. We tend to run in different circles, but I so see then from time to time and everyone of the drivers seems happy to be there.
