Well, after yesterday's b.s. with planning, they said that's all I was gonna get, so once I got to my parking spot last night, I messaged Deland and said that I am done playing with Shaffer's planners and to get ready to switch me to one of the other Acklie companies before I switch myself to someone else. At 8:15 this morning, poof, a new load offer. Pickup in Elizabeth NJ, drop tomorrow anytime before 15:00 in Stuarts Draft, VA. Still won't hit 3000, but 2998 is close enough. :D

Just called Swift and all they did was send me to a voicemail box and tell me that’s the only way they can get a hold of anybody and safety so with that I posted on fb messenger to them with truck number and they finally responded

Picking up at a warehouse at the port. Directions must be old. It said to follow such-n-such road to the 4th stop sign and turn left...but they have done imrovements to such-n-such road and installed traffic signals, and no left turns. I didn't discover the Jersey jug handle conversion until I was almost at the 4th redlight. Fortunately there wasn't anyone coming behind me, so I did a 3 lane lane change just in time to take the jug handle to head back the other way to turn right. Then the docks for the place are right on a busy 2 lane street for containers, and so close to the road, when backed in, you're front bumper is hanging over the white line, and we know how container drivers drive...I hope my hood doesn't end up down the block in the street.
