I'm glad I work somewhere where actual people plan loads for drivers, not just a computer
Friend, hope not dumb twucker and navypoppop Thank this. -
in this case you don't even need former drivers. You just need common sense, which is obviously lacking in this situationFriend, hope not dumb twucker, navypoppop and 1 other person Thank this.

No ####, at least once a month this guy pops into Snackbar's thread to let him know how great his company is. The guys from their main thread are fanatical, just a few days ago I had to defend Chinatown because Chinatown gave advice to an OP asking questions (in a non related FCC thread) and Chinatown suggested FCC and dry van might not be a good fit for the OP. Which was then followed promptly by several drivers from FCC coming in to the thread to attack Chinatown. It's like they scour the entire forum for dissent or something.hope not dumb twucker Thanks this.

The load planner sent a msg..he goes by what the computer says.. i’m not going to waste an entire day to pick up a load that literally goes 400 miles and doesn’t deliver until after 1900 the next evening… More than 36 hours for 400 mile run they should learn to turn around and read PTAs instead of trying around and going by would’ve got a computer says too many these days idiots with college degrees would absolutely be lost in life. If a computer went down they have no common sensehope not dumb twucker and Lonesome Thank this.

Yeah, but over here, we still have the same 401k contribution %, they absorbed the increase in health insurance premiums for all employees, and...we can buy DEF whenever we need to, not just little sips here and there until we're back at a terminal.Friend, hope not dumb twucker, Lonesome and 1 other person Thank this.

Sounds like they have you confused with me... that's the kind of load I usually get, followed by "that's all we have for you". Even with the new guy. Picked up a 1000 mile run Friday morning, not allowed to drop until Monday (and no place to t-call thanks to a sinkhole in Marietta). But at least I will be home a day early and can evaluate my options. Plus Deland is only 120 miles from home if I decide to throw in the Acklie towel again.Friend, hope not dumb twucker, Lonesome and 1 other person Thank this.
