if I'm a bit early I'll just park in the middle of the street and wait. No one's ever gave me grief about itFriend, Speed_Drums, hope not dumb twucker and 1 other person Thank this.

Show up 45 - 50min early refuse to back up into the street due to safety concerns and tell the guard youll see him in 15-20 min when you finally get turned around on their yard

Yep we don’t have appointments typically in LA but it is always a trade off. Get there 2 hours before they open to avoid traffic, or get there two hours after they open because you sat in traffic. I can’t ever seem to get there first thing in the morning.Friend, D.Tibbitt, Gearjammin' Penguin and 3 others Thank this.

Dont feel bad , its the same way for me when i run there regularly. Somehow i always end up in morning and afternoon rush hour. Spend more time sitting in traffic for the day than actually drivingFriend, hope not dumb twucker, DonRobbie and 2 others Thank this.

Amazing. I wasn't done fueling at my assigned fuel location and the nanny system had already beeped me saying it was a high risk area for cargo theft, don't park there. If you don't want me here then DON'T SEND ME HERE. One day, just one day is all I ask to go without some nanny message or other unnecessary bull crap reminder being sent. I wish I could hack so I could set up the computer in Lincoln to spout off random messages to annoy management every time they try to do their job.
Friend, D.Tibbitt, hotrod1653 and 8 others Thank this. -
So evidently just ignore what the temp is on the bol…cust has temp as NA on the bills but Lincoln says 70 s/s…just ignore what the bills says from here on out I guess..any claims is on them i guess..
cdavis188, hope not dumb twucker and Lonesome Thank this. -
What exactly is their job, other than being in the way?
-
Tale old as time, I remember a number of years ago I hauled a load that had 35 degrees on the bills, carrier was adamant the unit was not to be turned on.Friend, D.Tibbitt, Knucklehead and 3 others Thank this.

I am pretty sure we have a whole department who's job is to come up with useless and annoying messages.Friend, Gearjammin' Penguin, Lonesome and 2 others Thank this.
