Then the only thing left is the PTO/Vacation payouts. There are still a bunch of hopefuls on WARN Act for some reason. I kinda want a definitive answer on this on if I even have any time off left to pay out. I want to be done and over with this crap and bury it for good.

Two weeks of vacation and one week paid time off. So three weeks or around $3k of pay at the very most? It also could be as little as nothing. It just depends how much people had left and unused when the fat lady sang. I honestly don't care about the money, but without them reaching out to everyone we will not know when we are officially done with them.

Imagine being a benefactor in a messy divorce and having everything done but having to wait on each other's two lawyers to come to a final settlement. You already moved on with life and this is the only thing that still ties you to her name. It's kinda how many of us feel with Yellow. They shafted us left and right till the bitter end and this is the last thing we are waiting for.

PTO payouts are approved to be paid first at 100% when is the big question, I hope this year so it doesn't screw up next years taxes....
Some classes settled on warn act claims, for around a thousand dollars.

Yeah they settled with the Management employees on the WARN act, checks have already been sent out on that. I know employee PTO was given preferred status and has 100% payout on it for vacation days, I can't remember for sick days for Union employees, because those are classified different than PTO for earned compensation, management was a PTO basket of hours.

On behalf of all of us sitting in limbo, I wish this would have been a settled matter two years ago.

Non-union employees, not all of us were in management.
