Ssb you gotta slow down. I work with my buddy since I backed outta otr. And we got problems with trucks and when I say I got a good idea and tell him it. He’s like whoa wait. You’ve hit you limit. I’m now past 2026 December lol. Perhaps you need back the good ideas down a notch or two.

But my understanding is vacation is now labeled PTO and sick days can be used as another paid day off... something about a new Nebraska law they have to call it PTO instead of vacation...
