You can change your route then request a fuel solution it'll change your routing for you.... just drive towards the stop you want like the TA suggested....

You don’t have to follow their navigation exactly..you can go any way you want as long as it’s not ridiculously oor..like close to 80 mi or mile oor…they will not say anything fyi

I only follow the company route if it's the one I would choose. As long as you don't go too far over on the out of route miles (especially now that fuel is so friggin high), nobody will say a word.

It sounds to me like you're having the same luck with equipment that I had the first 2 trys with an Acklie company. The last try was with Shaffer, first 3 months I was in 5 trucks (one only made it from the Deland terminal to the Orlando dealership). I was in a total of 8 trucks in 20 months. The last one broke down in WY, where they tried to rope me into driving a daycab for the Wally DC, which was nights, mostly thru Denver and it's suburbs. I made it 1 load, told them to shove that dedicated gig and spent 8 days waiting on that useless Freightliner dealer to half-arse fix my truck. 2 weeks later the same part went out in Ocala FL. 2 days later I chose to put in some applications and was gone 8 days later. I came back after my other company's parent company sold out to TFI...I have managed to stay in the same truck this time for over 12 months.

I understand about the company fuel solution but as other drivers have sain just request a new solution. You'll be glad to take the I-81/I-84 route because no NYC, the traffic is better and plenty of truck stops along the way. Keep us updated on your choice. Good luck friend.

All new drivers get a driver facing camera for 60 days. I had one. To me it was no big deal. Just smile and wave .

If this one dispatcher doesn’t remove her stick… we’re going to have issues.

She's just the "On-Boarding" dispatcher. Every new hire gets one who's job it is to make sure they're up to speed with how the company wants things done. After a short while you'll get a permanent one who hopefully doesn't have their head up their back-side.
