I use a multitude of navigation tools..my garmin, copilot, and google satellite view to get a view of my customers so I have an idea beforehand what the set up is at their facility and what the streets are like

 

I used a Rand McNally 5 series truck GPS when I drove, it never steered me wrong...pun intended.

 

I have a Garmin Dezl, the 7" one. It works great for me, I still use google maps to look at the receiver so I know what way looks best to approaceh from and what the area looks like so i know of anything that might cause a semi grief.

 

Satellite view is a Godsend.

 

Not just satellite view, but street view where you can read the signs for a truck entrance or for shipping/receiving makes navigation much simpler too
