Starting at Crete 2/18/26

Your Indy yard is just up the road from my Old Dominion terminal. I pass the Crete terminal #### near every day.

 

If you think that one is small, just wait until you pass thru Deland...and when I say pass thru, that's all you'll be able to do unless it's mid-day. Overnight, the weekend and especially holidays, you have to walk outside the gate to change your mind because there won't be any place to park.

 

Been with Crete since Feb 9, 2026 Wilmer TX home terminal. Like the company but the truck sure does justify the Freighshaker name.

 

Dropped a trailer at the Hammond LA drop yard to be t-called. I laugh every time I go there and read on the tablet, “Secure Drop Yard Hammond LA.” You pull up and there are no gates, some of the fence is laid over and a post is bent over from being run over.

 

They've got a couple of gators watching the place. Possibly a few cottonmouths as well. We call that Southern Secure.
