I would rather drink absinthe than this stuff. And absinthe made me feel weird the one time I tried it, so now I just stick to whisky, gin, beer, and red wine with meals.

I do remember that one time when I worked for lawyers in Seattle. One of the partners lost at trial to some other insurance company. Damage was $90 million dollars belonging to the client, which was certain interested underwriters at Lloyd's. (Real money back then, $90 million in 1990 dollars.) Reportedly he and the second chair and a couple of paralegals drank $1500 worth of liquor afterwards, including $500 worth of Jagermeister. Still makes me sick to think of the hangover.

 

I went to school in Wisconsin and Jager tastes like black liquorish. Which I hate. I remember 16 years ago drinking in town and Jager bombs were ok after like 5 drinks. Don't know what it would be like if I was sober. I could walk to bars in that town. Jager isn't that expensive.


I like whiskey beer, vodka. Gin in tonics when I think about my Mom's dead husband.
