    This.^

When I first got started I had quite a few times where I had to get into the last open spot at a TS, near midnite, ###### lighting, etc.....I felt like a ####### jumping out and running back to check my clearance 5, 6, or more times, but feeling foolish/noobish is A MILLION times better then filling out accident reports/pulling cash out of your wallet.
Don't worry, you get a better hang of it eventually. That, or just time your runs so your 14 ends so you can get to the TS around 3-4 PM while the gettin's good! LMAO:biggrin_25523:

At least you didn't just go to another spot like the guy who took my mirror off. There's no doubt he knew he destroyed my mirror. Otherwise when I came back out to truck, he'd have been parked beside me. Instead he tried backing in to spot, took out my mirror and then went to another spot. Of course, not one person seen it.....smh.....

I was told of a bunch of stuff but it went in one ear and out the other. I was on my motorcycle and a car in front of me taking a left and a car waiting to pull out. I went around the car and was almost hit by the car coming out. I will never ever forget now!

It's a valuable lesson learned early, don't sweat it. It will make you a more cautious driver.

Did the police come out? I got backed into earlier this year by 2 somali pirates from chicago area, TA in earle,ar... $12k in damage and the cops wouldnt come out, private property excuse. Luckily I had a witness and the other driver took the blame, afterall it was 0530 i was asleep. Great way to be woke up.

GOAL! Pride always comes before the fall. Especially at the end of a shift. I back in several times a day and you think I would get better as the day goes on but somedays it is just the opposite. When in doubt Get out. I took a tree out in a parking lot in my first few weeks. I am Way more cautious even now. I never forget that tree.
