She didnt see a truck slowing down to make a turn & ran under the trailier to the rear trailer axle.
How did she not see a 13'6" x 102" vehicle ahead of her in broad daylight!

I thought the "ICC" bumper was at the rear of the trailer . Sounds like more of a
speed problem. -
I agree but it must be the trucks fault somehow.

Nearly happened to me on home time. Rolling along following this truck, and it suddenly went from 60 mph to 15 mph to turn. It scared me so bad I dropped my donut and almost dropped my cell phone into the hot cup of coffee I was holding between my legs...
