I can't find it. Good thing is trucks will never stop rolling. There is too much money to be made. I'm not saying thats going into the drivers pocket either

Better hope that certain radical/fanatic enemy countries never figure out how to explode several nukes in
to our lower atmosphere....

Just sayin.....tucker Thanks this. -

But why do the truck trailers keep getting longer?
-
it's that new initiative.......Cottonmouth85 Thanks this.
-
If you look at trucking history, every time the driver was due a raise, the trailer got longer and the gross weight was increased by Congress. In essense, the driver gets paid more to haul more which really means fewer drivers doing more work which means the big boss companies are making more while paying the same for the labor.HorseShoe Thanks this.

Those are to illustrate the new aerodynamic packages like Trailer-Tails - it's secretly an advertisement.
dedrouteCO Thanks this. -
Wouldn't they just use the railway system, i have seen train adds saying that they run cheaper and unclog the highways of tractor trailers.
-
Oh yeah those same rail ads that say they can move one ton of freight on 12 ounces of diesel.
