How do I install grease packs on 5th wheel skidplate without trailer pushing them off skidplate?
Almost every time they fall off in the ground

If you have air ride dump valve roll down legs and dump air then slide bags in with paint stick or pull trailer ahead untill 5th slips down then put bags on down side, when you back under trailer most of it will stay under 5th wheel.

Yup, just what he said. In this weather, that's the only way I'd do it. In fact, in any weather. Give the unit a good old jackknifing after you've hooked to spread that good greasiness around :)

Truck stops. The canister at the stops might have a different labels and brands than the one on that pic, but they're all premium grease.

    Any good truck supply store.

I use a DeWalt 20V grease gun, and just pump some on there. Hand pump will do fine.

Stick of the above pictured product in a plastic bag, squeezed and slapped on there does well.

DAMMITMAN!!!! Just get some gooey stuff on yer' plate!

I use those wooden paint stir sticks. Take the cap off a tube of grease and stick the paint stick in then spread it around.

For grease packs put them at the rear of 5th wheel at the part that bends and back under. The trailer will catch it and help slide the grease. Give it a couple of turns to help spread it. I have used them but nothing beats a tube of grease and just spreading it on manually. You know its on there and its spread out
