Dave for what it's worth the shipper doesn't care about much more than getting something moved at the cheapest price and when freight is slow the rate cutting begins when the market comes back up and the money gets better the complaining stops. I'm not happy with what rates I've been offered here lately but I'll #### sure keep trucks moving over letting them sit even if it is cheaper than what I want it to be. Some profit is better than being in the red.

HaHa. I think I have a swift OO next to me. I should ask him. But I'm a bit lazy. If that's true it is funny as can be.
