I prefer continuous too but I'm not the one paying the maintenance and repair bills and dealing with high hours units at trade-in.

Really need to talk to someone who knows how they're programmed at your company. -
they r putting a reefer load on a dry van..they ask if i could run it over night....it sour cream dip. so i guess it sour already...last week those faltbeders stole my floor title load

Who is "they"? Who makes the decision to put a perishable dairy product in a dry van?

I don't think the shipper would load it on a dry van. That would leave them liable for any claim for spoiled product that causes illness.

Sun glasses = cycle, no sunglasses = continuous. If it has optisets, you have to select an optiset that allows use of continuous. Depending on the optiset chosen it will also limit your temperature range.
