It's about time. To many drivers just park where ever they feel like it.

 

Carlisle, PA flying j called tow truck before and even the fire Marshall to write tickets to truck park in the fire zone. According to the store manager he said he do this on a daily basis.

 

I've seen the cops come and start writing tickets to trucks parked out front in the massive red zone there.

When I'm up that way I go to the petro down the street where there's enough parking

 

Nobody forces you to buy it

 

If you park on private property and are asked by the police to get off because the property owner requested it, does the officer have the right to cite you without allowing you to remove yourself?

 

I can't see it being much different than parking in a handicap space illegally. Besides, I think it would be better to deal with a parking ticket than to get arrested for trespassing.

 

Dude shoulda just parked at the fuel island like everybody else.
