Better yet, just quit working for van/reefer companies hauling junk freight. Be a man? You go sit on a ####ing dock for $0.00. Good grief can't figure out what's worse, one irregular route junk freight or the drivers that defend it.

Most drivers in cali know about gardner. They dont pay. They spend the money on making the trucks look good. Who cares about the drivers. They have no problem finding drivers who don't know better.ccorley78 and Toomanybikes Thank this.

Just have to let your DM do all the thinking and you do all the driving everything will be OK

I once had an owner (totally different company, not related to Gardner at all) tell me "I don't want you to make a single decision about anything while on the road. From where to fuel to where to turn, You follow our directions" I gave serious consideration to calling him and going "hey...uh....I need to take a crap and there is no directions for that....can you fax me a copy?"
Toomanybikes Thanks this. -
Let's see, cheap freight, difficult to get freight out of there if you live elsewhere in the country, speed restrictions the minute you cross the state line, emissions restrictions/prohibitions the minute you cross the state line, high costs of living, high costs of fuel,a natural disaster event at least once a month, lol, shall I go on?

Hmmm. Speed restrictions? 55 has been the speed limit for ever. How is that a restriction? Its hard for you to find freight out so whats your hurry? Life is too good for you here. You cant hang.Bakerman Thanks this.
