Yes, well...
If you are not grown up enough to do your own thinking and make your own decisions, you are not grown up enough for...
Granny Goose.
Should I switch companies?

It was the 'frog soup' scenario. (put a frog in cold water and slowly raise the heat until it's cooked so it doesn't jump out). They were a decent place to work, but each year, subtle changes took place making them a little worse. Each change was small enough not to quit over, but looking back, it was a big switch from what the were to what they are. That and a false hope that things would improve, which they never did, and a fear that if I left I would jump out of the frying pan into the fire. Basically, I ended up doing just that, moved to a company that couldn't keep a truck running down the road more than 10k without a roadside breakdown, then to a company that put me in decent equipment, but can't give me more than 9700 miles a month.Lonesome Thanks this.

Just think, if you'd leased a truck 8 years ago you'd just about have it paid off in full by wintertime in time to light your 3 fireplace in your minimansion with thick stacks of $100 dollar bills for kindling.
