Refer not as fast paced as van

Any nominee has to be approved by the legislative branch. The legislative branch holds the most power of any of the 3 branches, but also has to abide by the judicial branch ruling in regards of it being legal under the constitution. The biggest mistake our founding fathers made when forming this country's government is not putting term limits on ALL branches of government.

 

Yes and you think republics will hold out a vote if Hillary wins . Hey many time in the past 8 years did they pass a cr budget after making A lot of smoke only to give a blank check to obama . I'm surprised they have held this long on not allowing s vote . Completely sgree o. Term limited it was not ment to be a career or a family job as it is now . People are so dumb they elect people basses on name recognition

 

I suspect the Mods are chafing. You are all doing good discussing the structure of our Checks and Balances built in to our way of Governing. If we needed a fireengine, the city council makes a ballot this year and put it to the people. The Ladder/cannon truck is going to be about 3/4 of a million dollars, 300,000 of which is put up by the people including myself in form of a ballot question, if passed will impose a small increase in tax to pay it. Everything new in 1999 after the tornado ruined everyones everythings are worn out and need replacing again.

That'\s the local level. I cannot imagine higher levels in which everyone has a say or worse have a finger in the pie and nothing gets done. We must have the 9th justice installed into that Supreme court. But obviously with the loss of Scalia, Antona, we need a replacement by a like minded person at a minimum I suspect the SCOTUS fight is a oppertunity by those seeking to further undermine our Consitution by installing someone who will destroy it.

This is not fear mongering, As most of you do also, I love the United States and will not be silent when identifying a problem that needs to be fixed. I have never seen so much rot getting into our Nation illegally and also by Executive order to bring in god knows how many enemies of our way of life from overseas. Syria to be exact.

Im on full alert today we may be under attack in Texas, VA and NC somewhere, someway where it hurts the most. Most likely big election areas where hundreds if not thousands vote. If these states are taken out of the counting via a large VBIED then our way of life stands threatened.
