Exactly. And by law you are required to have a paper log book with you at all times just for situations like this.

I am happy that they have the auto arrival now.

To many load board ninjas were putting in that they arrived and empty before they even got to their destination. This way the driver would be showing empty first in a given area.

Yup....Mercer knew this was happening and they fixed it.

I had a clean install on a new device. That might be the difference. I have auto updates for JJ off after the last mess they caused. I didn't even know it was a new version until went to go on duty. JJ is terrible with updates.

 

The best way to update JJKeller is through the Google Play.

Look up JJKeller mobile on Google Play and you will see a button that says "update." According to JJKeller that is the best way to update the ELD.

That is the way I been doing my updates since I had the JJKeller app.

 

PS I actually call JJKeller a few days after the updates posts to insure the update will work. I have had issues in the past with some of JJKellers "beta test" downloads LOL
