Werner dispatchers abusing the writeup system to punish drivers without their knowledge

Despite all the problems Ive had with Werner, Ive found that the executives and the owner are extremely good at their jobs. Ive talked to several of them and they are smart people who know what they are doing.
The problem is that the lower management behave more like abusive spouses than like leaders. I absolutely cannot stand them.
If I bring up a list of domestic mental abuse, it reads like a check list of what dispatchers do.
1.Gaslighting,
2.Repeatedly cross your boundaries and ignore your requests.
3.railroading conversations,
4.demean or disregard opinions, ideas, suggestions, or needs.
5.Accuse you of being “too sensitive” in order to deflect their abusive remarks.
6.try to control you and treat you like a child.
7.try to make you feel as though they are always right, and you are wrong. accuse or blame you of things you know aren’t true.
8.play the victim and try to deflect blame to you rather than taking personal responsibility.
When I deal with dispatch, I just get the vibe that Im dealing with generally ####ty human beings. We litterally cannot discuss or find solutions to ANYTHING. They deny deny deny, then intensify what you have asked them to stop.

This thread perfectly illustrates why I say Werner is a terrible lousy company. I got along personally just fine with all the people they were nice and pleasant BUT they would say and do the dumbest things. It was the corporate policy's and thinking that was really dumb. I've been trucking for many years so I have been with many companies and yes you can run a trucking company WITHOUT driving your drivers nuts.

even while i was in training, my trainer would get pissed off at the qualcom, 2 minutes later he is balbing away on how wonderful he thinks werner is. can i say they brainwash their trainers in an attempt to keep the trainees as qualified drivers.

Bad President, because problems are and should be corrected from the top down if others in the way can't take care of it...again the buck stops at the president....BAD PRESIDENT
