I'd give him an 7.5, he botched the landing...
Vladimir and Joseph will put him in a white Volvo next week. I know a guy who was fired after he was busted while parked on a break, in the drivers seat with a Budweiser in hand, 4 empties in the trash, and the rest of a 12 in his cooler, and Vlad put him to work the next week.

going by all the other photo's i've seen i'm certain all ex Western Express drivers move on to Swift.

I hope they nail that moron along with that ***** company. That’s right near where I live and the route is well marked to go around it. Actually the re-routed highway 20 so it doesn’t go under the that bridge anymore. Western express is just another company specializing in cranking out more idiots through a pathetic excuse for a training program.
-
I would sue the hell out of that bridge!
Pain, suffering, emotional embarrassment ... should be an easy million if I get the right lawyer.IluvCATS Thanks this. -
Why sue the bridge? It’s that idiot driver’s own fault.
IluvCATS Thanks this. -

More like parent's home if it's that bad. Then prepare for the 1-2 year journey of 10-20 minimum wage jobs until it's placard holding time!!

Right!!! All if this while his CSA score is shot to hell lol

I got fired from W/E myself, but luckily for non-driving reasons. Already suffered a rollover a little over ten years ago and so far, do what I can to keep anything like that from happening again. The fallout is too costly to recover from and a career change usually takes more discipline and tolerance, not to mention funds, that are more than I could keep up with.
This is also the reason why I tend to favor fast-food joints with younger faces working there the few times I do eat at one. As much as older folks need to work, I'm fearful of the chip-on-the-shoulder the few, 30-40 something year old workers there would have. -
Some of you guys are some pretty tough critics and pretty good comedians. That looks like a trainer's truck. Sometimes a guy is spraying foam in an attic in FL and work dies down. He thinks he'll go to trucking school since he doesn't know any better. ( Huge Mistake). He doesn't know he should find a seasoned trucker and give him 2 or 3k with no interest to teach him. Then Werner and Stevens come to his school and offer 20 or 30 cents or some ########. He multiplies 3000 x .27 and doesn't like the Math. Western Express offers him .40cpm flatbed after trainers truck. He multiplies 2500 x .4 and likes it. Sorry if I'm boring you guys. After running his ### off and throwing frozen tarps in minus 6 he does deliveries, chip trucks, tankers, walking floors and then gets on with a mail contractor at over 31.00 per hour empty or loaded with no waiting and paid federal holidays. Western Express made that possible for him and his family. Did he hit anything? We all have. Did he get cited at all? Once in an ungoverned truck. Sometimes people are tired, careless, mad, and hopefully not dumb, high, or hungover. I hate to see that kind of destruction. Every experience is different and I hope we don't generalize too much. Some good people go through there. Just an opinion. Like some of the best and most courteous drivers in a carrier I've seen are Estes and Saia. I've never seen Melton wait. Those are just opinions, too.
