Running with JCT, Part Deux

That appears to be the new qualcomm upgrade. Mine is still under the old software. I can still select Drive manually.

 

Well it was really my fault for being a dumb dumb. I am use to getting about 4 hours back off a 30 min break, but this time I stopped early. Went walmart shopping, got back in the truck, put things away, saw I had about 4 hours left and was all 'Sweet lets roll"...

So you can't select Drive duty to change it and lock down your duty change any more as per that message they sent out recently?

I have seen them do funky things like I pulled off the dock I selected On Duty to close doors and roll out the gate empty and this took about 17 minutes. Get up to speed and later on I see the unit backed the drive time up all the way back to where I pulled off the dock and negated all the On Duty time and converted it to Drive time. After that I would manually select Drive to lock in the previous duty status.

 

Nope. Drive status ican no longer be selected by the driver. It's strictly automatic.

Yep saw that. They already have a few other local companies offering help getting home and even a job.

 

Something to keep in mind if going make a delivery in any of these areas:

So what do you all think about percentage based pay compared to mileage based pay
