Knew a guy from Potsdam who I worked with on jb dedicated out of Johnstown about 12 years ago.

 

Well I got my conditional offer for Marcy yesterday. Heading down to Bentonville on the 21st

 

I think it would be nice if all drivers still used cbs. That’s how drivers used to alert each other to upcoming traffic issues or let trucks behind them know they were hauling heavy and the other trucks should go around them. Can’t text and drive! You get a ticket and most likely get fired. I would definitely have one, if I were currently driving.

 

Make sure you do good on the 1st day on your pre trip backing and road trip on the Monday that's kind of their gauge the see what kind of driver you are. Then if you are good you do the same Tuesday and Wednesday. Thorough pre trip and with the backing its kind of a tight back but kick your trailer over to the right in squared up with the hole. Quite a few experienced drivers didn't make it due to over confidence and not paying attention. Get out and look is many times as you like That's what they want to see. Been sitting at a Sams Club for 3 hrs waiting for dispatch. Have sent repeated etd’s and called my DC. Someone told me that the ROC can’t see our trucks when we are at a Sam’s Club....anyone else heard of that? Supposedly they’re now working on getting me a load somewhere....
