Here Here. I haul dry van now and will NEVER go back to haling reefer loads. Don't miss standing in 5 inches of mud and cow crap hooking up a trailer at a slaughter house/beef processing plant.

Car parts haulers out because nobody has money to buy car.
Same with furniture and almost all dry freight except toilet paper.
But people will never stop eat. Oh they can stop using toilet paper as well but not quit eat.FlaSwampRat and KB3MMX Thank this. -
Here on the west coast I'm loving reefer. I don't do fresh produce and only things that require cooling and rarely do a frozen load. My trailer is almost a year old, and I've only done one wash out, and just use a blower the rest of the time. There is always a reefer load in my area that needs hauling, and it pays at least 20% more than a dry van load.
I guess it all depends on where you're at and what's available in your area. I wouldn't ever haul meat or ice cream. Too much of a hassle.KB3MMX and NavigatorWife Thank this. -
