What’s that you say, it has to be there when?
    Laugh and hang up.

If they call back, usually they do blame it on them, if you know they’re on cell phone, it’s even better.

“Can’t hear you you must be in a bad area.” Say “hello” couple times even if you hear them with the “can you hear me now” then hang up.

    “Hang on a minute.”
Pushing and holding the mute button is great on my phone, it puts the person on hold, to bad I don’t know of a way to put that awful music on as you can on desk phone

    My alarm never went off!

Pretty sure I need a tow!

How many years did you go to college? And all you got was a degree in dispatching?

"You drive the desk, I'll drive the truck, unless you want me to come down there and show you how to drive the desk"

Since my company got assimilated by E.W.Wylie, my new weekly phrase..."Payroll screwed up again"

    Who said it wasn't fun?

It is amazing the words dispatchers and agents learn from truckers, and how they can used them in a repeative manner while screaming as loud as they can into the phone.

Company I was with was a small carrier both dispatchers were former drivers with company & had been there 20+ years. It was a fun professional atmosphere. No yelling. Lol
