Somebody was out to get you fired... They laid the bait to try your patience and see if you would slip up and say or do the wrong thing. You took it...
Sucks, man. Good luck in the future!

I been targeted at work by case artists. Because the accuser is a member of a protected class management rolls out the red carpet for them. I have even seen a company pay off a woman for her false statements before the matter was resolved in court against her. There is a bounty apparently out for men in the workplace. Good thing trucking companies are always hiring.

To all of you that responded to this letter or story thankyou and yes I was trying to get her to calm down but she wouldn't. If it was I that was being tailgate I would have not said a thing as long as I wasn't in accident with another vehicle. Yes whom out there has not tailgated another vehicle and if you said you haven your lying to yourself. Take good hard look around you the next time your driving and see if your not pushing the driver ahead of you. Also remember alot of companies out there have cameras in there truck and they are sit up to get you in the long haul.

By the look of things you haven't been I this business very long have you. I seen drivers fighting over dock spaces and they are from the same company. I seen women drivers fighting over parking spaces in the truck stop and they are throwing punches and I even seen men and women fighting over the same things. You just wait and see and stay in the trucking industry long enough you will not believe what you'll see. Trucking is a dog eat dog world.

Decades of so called experience and millions of miles as you are claiming would not have you working for companies like Koch and Halvor Lines to begin with.

I assume nothing of you, but you assume I’m a yearling. I’ve been around the industry since the late 80’s with my father and entered it myself after the military in ‘05 where I did what I do now, pulling tanks.
The concept of it being a dog eat dog world is very true, I won’t argue that, but I’m not naive enough to get put into that situation in the first place. But regardless, just because the world is a cruel cruel place doesn’t excuse or allow sanction to promote nor promise violence in any form. I’m not a pacifist, but I’ll defend myself.

Oh, that and I don’t hit or threaten to hit women. Just putting that out there.

If she would have kept it to her self and not keep swearing at me and following me like she was going to hit me that comment would have come out. She pushed and pushed and I am the one how paid for it not her and other thing there wasn't any sound on the video it was her word to mine. Yes I am a man and manned up to saying it, but I would never hit a women and if they are so level headed she should have just shut up walked away.

Sounds like a typical Wisconsin company. I worked for three of them throughout my career, one as a result of a buyout, and they all use the same “imitation schneider” modus operandi.

We have a great shop...one of the best not only on maintenance, but they also treat the drivers very well. Trucks are set at 65 mph.
