Rollr4872, fargonaz and Chasingthesky Thank this. -
You need to check for required number of chains and add two or three spares. Then train to learn how to use them. Chain season is not yet over yet. April 15th is end of it theoratically this year.
Never ever run without chain in mountain country during chain season, regardless if they require it or not. DO NOT be the next you tube idiot spinning out and closing a mountain highway without chain because you took a chance.
Finally don't pay attention to any of my posts about doing battle in snow barefoot. My own experiences are strictly mine and if I was to do it again it would be with a rack of chain ready to go.
Chains are something good to have. Learn em, use em. -
I don't think he has to worry about the snow. It was going to Rain When I ...x1Heavy Thanks this.

The guys in the coop would be, "5 sets?" What the Hell, if you don't use them we're going to Grind your Bones in to Dirt, the then you'll be in a Sea of Sorrow.
Rollr4872, Bean Jr., Vic Firth and 1 other person Thank this. -
Darn that river if it were to overflow and make a sheet of ice but guys that would cross It, i hope heaven will be beside you. We die young but don't fear the voices and don't hate to feel. I hope it rains when I die but won't be a junk head about it. In this sea of sorrow I stay away and bleed the freak but in a nutshell just get born again. Black gives way to blue in this sludge factory but I stay away of them bones down in a hole with a man in box.......no excuses.

Yep getting caught without the chains can leave you sitting in an Angry Chair....
