Good. Its still a slap on the wrist all things considered. But the very least of what he deserves. Imo drunks absolutely should get harsh punishment. Far as im concerned with how hard everyone pushes the dangers of driving drunk and literally millions of videos showing the aftermaths of doing so. Well the level of disregard for others safety and flat out stupidity it takes to drive drunk is astounding. Moreso with all the places you can go for help with achoholism.

Drunk driving needs to be treated as an act of attempted first degree murder at a bare minimum and any deaths caused as pre meditated first degree murder with corisponding pentaltys.

 

No real difference to prioritizing staring at a phone over driving attentively, IMO.

 

No arguments. I just have a special level of loathing for DUI after losing a family member to it. So i focus on it.
