I was at a big warehouse up in NorCal last week. Only driver there and they gave me the empty door between two storage trailers and the temporary chain link fence 20 feet in front of the doors.....really????

There slow freight and rates finally did me in. I had days they offered me loads from Texas to Witchta that paid $1.00 a mile, by the time Bruenger took 30% and fuel was taken out, and I sat to get loaded and then sat to unload, I would be lucky to make any money.. Most this winter I averaged about 1400 miles a week.. It was enough to to make the truck payment, but not a lot left to feed kids on... I'm sure there where things I could of done better, but there cheap freight was not helping, and inconsistency in miles were killing me... I will probably end up filing bankruptcy to pay the thousands of dollars in debt I accured this winter.. Anyway, hope you are all doing good and pray you stay safe..

Sorry for your loss @itaff I don't think there's anything you could do when all they want to pay is less than break even money.

77% of all leases fail, mine is more than likely going to also. I'm with jb huntil with a quality leasing truck, rates are just to low...
