You could get a voluntary manslaughter change from a bar fight that the other person died from taking a huge blow to the temple.

 

Or a dui that resulted in someone's death.

 

funny...when my daughter was very young, like maybe 5 or 7?, and didn't know a whole lot (or i thought she didn't), she asked me what was dating as she heard it on some tv show i guess. i told her, "don't worry, you cannot date until you're 60"..

oh man....she ran and told the now EX...........

and poor me, i wasn't even a driver back then, i had no escape.

 

My daughter would play sims on the computer. When the husband was swimming in the pool she would sell the pool ladder. Poor guy had no way out of the pool. Eventually he would die from exhaustion. She would collect ins. money and do it again.

 

Alfred Hitchcock would have been proud.
