    So Swift tells him they don't require you wear your seatbelt unless you are on the highway, which is more likely a public roadway, yet I read another post on here where Swift fired a driver for not wearing one while backing.

    Most contractors have them but seem more relaxed than say swift where you get an event they call you in. Some contractors don't give a #### they just throw it in cause it's required by FedEx.
