Make sure to keep it oiled up real good otherwise the piston will get stuck in the chamber. The vibrators will not eliminate all of your need to rock the truck but it will help out by loosening most of the product and make your ride easier.Vilhiem Thanks this.

I like the intense, it keeps the piston in the cylinder really lubed up. By keeping the piston lubed up the air pressure is better on the vibrator and the crap really starts to drop out of the hole. Have fun with that one, technical but kinda you knowVilhiem Thanks this.

You know...I could make a comment here, but because I'm a guy...and my mind is...well, where guy's minds usually are...the only comments that came to mind were totally inappropriate or would be blocked by the profanity filter....except this...when I worked for the chicken plant, we would deliver processed rendering (everything left over that can't be sold, then pulverized, cooked, and mixed back in with other ingredients to make chicken feed) we use to show up to the dump/mix pit as they were unloading rail cars of corn and fish meal...and they used those huge vibe's on their rail cars...blackshack is right, those things are wicked loud, especially the closer the bin gets to empty.
Vilhiem Thanks this. -
Even the little ones that we use on our hoppers are loud. When we run DDG's or hominy meal, the trains vibrators are about 4 times the size of ours and if you forget to put your hearing protection on your ears will be ringing for a couple of hours after getting empty.Vilhiem Thanks this.
