I'm just enjoying the irony. This all started because the wannabe thug wanted attention. Now he's got it!

    Here's your participation trophy!

I want to thank the op, because you will make the job easier for the plaintiff's lawyers or the prosecutor when they sue you for negligence or recklessness.

That said, the op was fired for something stupid, he is the victim. Seeing he also got screwed by a recruiter, he can claim to be more of a victim of these mean mega companies, bad megas.

By the way op, my drivers are contracted which means the policies are written and explained to them when the contract is signed, there is a "no social media" clause in them and there is no warnings, I or the manager catches someone posting some thing about the company, a customer or their truck that identifies them or any of the other things mentioned, they are gone - period.

If the OP thinks he did nothing wrong, why hide the video? If I were fired for a video, I would leave it up, change the title to something about what not to do when driving a commercial vehicle. Try to turn a negative into a positive as I am sure any future employers would want to know I learned from my experience.

Exactly, once you are out of a job for the video there is not reason not to have the video airing.

I believe you are missing the reality of the situation.
He has obviously been held back by the elite 1%. A thug can't get ahead in this world. It's a conspiracy!
Weren't you guys at the meeting when we were assigned someone to hold back?

Oh, I forgot we are supposed to keep that a secret.......NEVERMIND

    Chewy352 Thanks this.
