Too many violations can affect your ability to move on to another motor carrier as the next carrier may think you're too much of a risk for getting violations at their company so they may pass on you application.

 

There is also no such thing as a PSP score. The PSP does list all violations in a CVSA inspection report, but there is no score attached.

It depends on the violation. Texting while driving is more serious than overweight on axle. The violations you've listed won't make a difference to a potential employer. Years of experience, serious tickets (speeding), accidents, criminal history and incidents will.
