Driver facts with swift issue!!

What has not been told is what exactly were these so called "incidents" ?

 

Yea, but I did mention in the last post, the lady at HireRight stated that they can all of a sudden be an active member and the report would show. I have no idea what all of that means. I do know in January it was there, we disputed it and now it is not, but on Driver Facts they declined the dispute. Sounds like a game they are playing with people's livelihoods.

 

One of my first loads with my trainer required me to back the wrong way down a one way street to hit the dock, while the tractor hung out into traffic. He was busy trying to call Swift and tell them we couldn't make the load legally lol. Got a ticket, which Swift actually paid. Said every time we deliver there we get a ticket. Wish I had known that before

 

If you had called the police, explained the situation, and asked them for help. That's a ticket you wouldn't of got.

 

They are in financial troubles right now.

 

probably from all the claims made against them.

 

The cop was waiting there to write a ticket. We tried to explain that the only way to hit the dock was to back down the street. He said he knew that and then wrote me a ticket for doing it lol

 

So you expect me to believe that this officer somehow knew exactly the day and time you would show up to make a delivery just so he could write you a ticket?

 

Many accidents happen 1st and 5th year...of a drivers employment...1st year due to inexperience. ..5th year driver thinks he is expert. ..thinks he knows everything. ..and gets complacent
