There's a company in Conklin NY with DOT 3425595 that looks like the one he's talking about.

Edit: I found two Conklin locations on the main Lineage website. Odd they have a different DOT number but who can follow everything big corporations do.

Yeah. Easy to find corporate numbers for a multinational company doing all sorts of stuff. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and all that. And all the warehouses seem to be independent operations. You'd think such a large company with such a "dedication to safety" would have easy ways of reporting dangerous employees.
    Yeah. It's the 3425595 one.

They don't care as long as the load is on time is all that matters.

9-1-1...the cops will find out where they are located when they pull the driver over. Nothing gets the attention of a company like a CSA violation for following too close.

What a surprise. Company isn't going to shoot themselves in the foot, they already have 10 trucks sitting. If it's any consolation, this driver won't make it through their 1st "ice capades", and will simply be replaced by another. This does give daycab, regional drivers, that are ever so important, a bad rap, even though, most 4 wheelers have no idea what that is, just a truck grill in their mirror. The reason, is this driver has way too many stops, or delayed at a previous stop, and is trying to make up for it on the road. A deadly combination, and OTR drivers know better. On a recent trip cross country, out on the open road, I didn't see any tailgating. There's no need to. City semi driving takes its toll, and this is the result. It's an incriminating photo, and should be sent to the state patrol. Let them deal with it.

These are the same type of guys we deal with in our warehouse district. They drive fast in and out. When they are in their 4 wheelers off duty they cut off the first truck they see and drive like the other four wheeling 99%er’s out there.
