Espar bunk heater not turning on

Take top cover off. Using above tool on left, remove filter nut thingy, and replace with new filter, using tool on right.

Wait - when you turn it on you're getting all the sounds you normally hear, but maybe white smoke, then it shuts down?

 

Use a little metal pick with a hook to remove old filter mesh. You'll destroy it getting it out.

They're pretty simple little units .

I think Thermo King charges $300+ for a $50 fix, that's all.

 

Ok. You'll have to break out the multimeter and start tracing back then.
