Take top cover off. Using above tool on left, remove filter nut thingy, and replace with new filter, using tool on right.
Wait - when you turn it on you're getting all the sounds you normally hear, but maybe white smoke, then it shuts down? -

Use a little metal pick with a hook to remove old filter mesh. You'll destroy it getting it out.
They're pretty simple little units . -

Its not smoking or blowing cold air. When i press button to turn it on it wont turn on at all.
Had same proble before and yard shop mechanic messed with it and made it work again. Said it was wire short circuit somewhere and he fixed it.
I took circuit board cover off and didnt see any blown fuses. -
Ok. You'll have to break out the multimeter and start tracing back then.
