Been out just shy of a month, burned out ready to head home. Thought they would bounce me empty after I dropped in Mt. Juliet, but instead they found me a short broker load.

Which normally wouldn’t be a bad thing, but this is a load going to a solar farm job site. I did enough of those at Landstar to know what a shat show those can turn into.

If it's a country trucking song, I wouldn't have ever heard it...I can't stand any era of country music, new or old, it's as annoying as C-rap or hip-hop to me.

In a van, without a dock, that's got to be fun. I have done a number of loads to solar farm jobsites, but open deck side loaded makes it much more accessible to load and unload,

Apparently appointments don’t mean anything to the good ole boys at Pet Supplies in Seymour IN. My appt is tomorrow morning 11am eastern time, and I came in just to see what would happen tonight at 1930 their time, and they said “grab a door”. They’re bouncing in and out now.

It’s nice when they can slip us in early. The opposite (delays) happens more often so it’s nice to catch some luck the other way, when it happens.

the only thing i’ve ever picked up out of Perris were televisions going to Walmart DC in Loveland. A fairly light load which saved some time going on I-70 to Denver

That one is usually an easy load, but the Hutchins place is a big ole pain in the ###.

My wife was listening on the scanner app when all the sirens started. They requested 2 different Life Flight services and they both declined due to storms in the area....that's bad luck for sure.

I don't care for her personality or looks but her songs with Elle King are pretty good and these two songs hit hard I think.
