Luma training today has me wondering, what is our scoring metric on Lytx based on and how is it scored?

But the training as a whole has me like..:happy8:

If you go into “hysterisis” you can turn the overspeed down. I usually set it to 3 mph. So, running with the cruise set at 67, it will Jake if the truck gets above 70. You do have to reset it every time the truck is turned on. Just a tool for the toolbox.

I seen a lease truck pass me the other day 47xx. It was going 76 on flat road. I thought the max was 70

i honestly would’ve been just fine and dandy with a simple freeze on pay. Why go through all the trouble of creating this program? They already froze pay for shop and office staff, what makes us drivers any different?

Picking up a load at Birchstone- San Antonio, TX... No more pre-loaded trailer according to shipper...from now on live loading. So here I await with 4 other trucks.

I just figure at this point it’s effectively a pay freeze, if I get an annual raise it’s a pleasant surprise.
I haven’t done the training yet obviously, hoping to catch it on the 6th. The examples in the slideshow were clear as mud and I might be misunderstanding them. But some sure looked punitive on the face of it. ($100 off plan fueling in the course of a year means you don’t get a raise, yikes). It is what it is, and it will probably change when the market does.
