    For years I have used one handed mini bolt cutters that cut through any cable as if I am cutting a piece of paper. I use it to help others when I see other truckers struggling and they are shocked at how i popped it off in one snap without any effort. You have to order it as it's not found in stores.

    Yes, something that could also cut off a blown inside trailer tire so you could drive to a shop would be good. ;)

    LOL. I must only get the cable seals made with good steel. No lineman's pliers or short-bladed snips I have tried cut seals that cleanly.
